The festival runs over 9-10 days and attracts interest not just locally but much further afield. Festival visitors stay, eat and drink in Haltwhistle and the surrounding area and spend money in our local shops, bringing economic benefit to the area.
Hundreds of people take part in the festival every year. Our website, social media and mailing list reach many more people keeping interest high throughout the year.
We offer two formats for advertising as you will see from this page:
- A side column advert (newspaper column style) which on a desktop appears on the right of the screen next to the main content. On smaller devices this apepars below the main content.
- A wider advertsing space above the footer of the web page.
- The advert image will link to an internal page on our website further details can be found e.g. such as here.
All adverts may contain some or all of the following on their dedicted advertisers page such as here.:
- An image - a typical newspaper style advert which you may already have and we may have already used on this website previously. These may be columnar style or multi column wide images i.e.
- Columnar: Typically these may be 300px wide by 450px tall and 72px resulution as a minimum. You may supply a larger or higher resolution imge but we will reserve the right to edit this for the website as required.
- Multi-column. Typically these may be 450px wide by 300px tall and 72px resulution as a minimum. You may supply a larger or higher resolution imge but we will reserve the right to edit this for the website as required.
- A link to your own website or Facebook presence;
- Some basic text we will have extracted from your own website or Facebook page, or which you supply us.
Our site is fully indexed and your advertising can thus be found via search engines such as Google.
